Stayed at this amazing hotel for New Year 23/24 with my husband and 14 year old son. What a wonderful experience. The hotel was just beautiful, very festive and just an overall lovely feel. All of the staff we encountered were super professional and friendly with particular mention to Francesco and Emma. The lounge was fabulous, availability of gorgeous food and copious drinks was much appreciated. Staff in there were just great. It was all very clean including the well equipped gym. Our room was huge and cleaned well each day, without us even seeing the amazing staff that looked after that side of it. Lovely little chocolates left each night, fab toiletries and very comfortable beds. Lots of hanging space, complimentary water each day and well stocked mini bar. We received a bottle of Prosecco on arrival which was such a nice touch, which we kept for New Year’s Eve. We walked everywhere as the hotel was in a great location. Would love to go back, the whole city was such an experience over the New Year period. Thanks so much.

Excellent hotel and service. We stayed in a beautiful room well furnished for three nights in early December. The staff was superb and the amenities and dining choices were outstanding. The breakfast buffet was amazing with everything you could want. Michella was so kind and helpful. She is an outstanding person and works hard to please you in the morning buffet Francisco who is one of the supervisors of the hotel was also very helpful. Tge location is perfect for getting around and visiting the old town and Christmas Markets. I highly recommend staying here.
