Location is fantastic as the bus and tram stop is just in front of the hotel. The route can take you to almost everywhere in Prague As for service wise, I did not give it a full 5 because 1) make up room, seems like if I don’t ask, they don’t do but I am not sure if it is due to I am staying during Christmas Day and 2) if you notice at breakfast area, there is no labeling what food and etc… I need to ask to know that it is cream cheese and etc. If you are booking for room without breakfast, you can just pay EUR13 per person. This is a good option as you pay when you need, I stayed for 4 days but 3 days I went to explore many good cafe for breakfast

We were there for a total of 2 nights. The service was very courteous. We arrived by car and were able to leave the car longer on the last day (for a fair extra charge). The rooms are very neat, but unfortunately very small! If you don't spend much time in the hotel, that's fine, but something else could have been structured. The location is great, walking distance to everything and still not too noisy in the evening. and the breakfast was also good. Normal selection and fresh
