We had a great weekend stay there! Reza from front desk was extremely welcoming, but the rest of the front desk, breakfast and restaurant staff gave us excellent service all the way. Spacious, well apointed rooms, great food and outstanding service! Thank you all for your hard work!

Stay at this hotel if you are in the area for a long time/PCS/TDY! If you can, get the rate that includes breakfast and executive lounge access. Breakfast is phenomenal. There are so many options, including an omelette station. The executive lounge package includes access to the lounge upstairs, which serves dinner every night, including beer and wine. The rooms are very well insulated so noise from your neighbors is very minimal and the rooms are quite large compared to a lot of European hotels. The restaurant at the bar and the steakhouse both offer great food and a comfortable atmosphere. And Alejandro makes a phenomenal cocktail and is such a kind person! Some things to be aware of: -Doing laundry here is difficult. There are only two washers and dryers and you have to pay €5 for the key to the laundry room. Paying €5 does not guarantee you will actually get access to a washer or dryer as it gets very busy. -Parking is very expensive at €25 a day and doesn’t guarantee that you’ll get a spot. I got back late from dinner one night and ended up having to park down the street because the parking garage was full. The spots are also very narrow.
