|We wish to thank you very much for making our December 2023 stay so comfortable.||In particular Maria's customer service was outstanding. It started as soon as we walked in the door, she greeted us by name, which was impressive and made us feel special and yet at home.||Maria helped every step of the way, making our rooms more comfortable, attending to one of our children when he was unwell, listening understanding and assisting with travel and visitation recommendations. Maria really went out of her way to assist us. She was attentive and kind.||Please pass on our sincere gratitude to Maria.||Wishing you all a very merry Christmas and best wishes for health, happiness and a successful 2024.
