We had a fantastic holiday, stayed in a junior suite, and everything was kept clean (you’ll constantly see people working on the grounds and the beach) and the service was chilled and friendly. Food was especially great at the main restaurant (buffet), and the staff work so hard to keep things moving and arranged. On the first night of the stay, our air conditioning started dripping water on the floor. We placed a towel and just went out for breakfast (wasn’t a big deal since we decided the ceiling fan was more than sufficient), and when we came back there was an engineer fixing it already! The cleaning staff must have mentioned it on behalf of us. I saw some comments about hassling to purchase things and we had none of it. There was a designated area for a market next door (non-adults only) and they didn’t even try to grab us to buy things. Overall it was super quiet, relaxing holiday for us. Highly recommended.

Amazing service right from the start from Andy, who was so friendly and made us feel so welcome for our very first DR trip. top tier food service from Jazmin, Erick, Anderson and Alexi!!! Very impressed by their attentiveness and friendliness. Jazmin made every dinner so much fun, made our stay well worth it.
