We just got back from a week at Dreams, Flora in Punta Cana, and I have to say, although I was initially pretty skeptical, because it was a bit pricey, now that we’ve experienced it I feel it was worth every bit of the money. First of all, the sheer number of staff people on the property was pretty amazing. They all seem to really like their jobs, and the smiles and holas are super genuine. We had a great experience with pretty much every staff member that we encountered in any capacity. We found the food to be really, really good. The seaside grill is exceptional, and the buffet is one of the best I’ve ever seen outside of Las Vegas. The Italian food did leave something to be desired, but who expects good Italian food in the Caribbean? The property is gorgeous, immaculate, the pools are extensive and really beautiful, and the beach is awesome. We were there with our 12-year-old daughter and booked two adjoining rooms, which added to the price, of course, but we felt that the extra space and privacy was well worth the cost. The fresh fruit at every meal was a highlight, and I miss it already. We will definitely go back.

Great vacation stay for a wedding. We were a group of 31. Service & friendliness were 10/10. Much attention to detail. Plenty good of food, beverage & entertainment. Never a dull moment. Property is absolutely stunning & well manicured daily. Will definitely spread the word & return in the future. My 4 star rating on our room was due to the fact that the bathroom was rundown and water drainage in the shower & both basins was an ongoing issue even after reported. Room cleaning was not up to par like other rooms that other family members had, paying the same price & being tipped moderately everyday. Overall, despite this I would definitely return.
