Globalist with Hyatt. Amazing rooms, incredible service from the moment you arrive, and great amenities. There's a lot of food options here so there's really something for everyone!! So many restaurants and buffets to choose from on either the Ziva or Zilara side. Eli was our personal butler for our stay and he was incredible! So helpful and informative. Relaxing property, fun events and activities, and everything is very clean and orderly. I will say sometimes there are staff members that speak and understand more Spanish than English, but if you know some basic words here you'll be fine. Speaking Spanish is helpful but not required.

It's a really good resort but they push hard for reviews while you're staying there which is kind of a turn off. Also, if you want to pay for a room upgrade be prepared for "bartering" just offer way less than you think, they might do it. Otherwise the property is gorgeous, food is amazing... Shutters breakfast and lunch is best and tempest table is best for dinner.
