Room not clean enough, suff at the restaurant are rude !! Food quality and variety was poor . The beach is clean and sandy but soo shallow you can't swim. Pools were ok but the aqua is very small. Key locking mechanism was very old and borken it takes forever to unlock. There is no kids club and the animation team is boring.
It was my first time at this hotel, it was exceeding my expectations 🙃 I was in a holiday with my family and kids and we enjoyed everything ❤️ The staff was very dedicated and polite, restaurant is ver clean and wonderful tasty dishes 😋 , pools and aqua are convenient. Animation team was great 👍 Also it meets my wife birthday 🎂 and we do our celebration over there as well.
