I am writing this letter to thank you for your services. I am pleased to say that our stay at Tolip Resort El Galala Majestic was marvelous as usual. ||We felt at home, every one of your staff was catering to our needs. ||The open buffet at both hotels were just remarkable, very tasty food and huge variety. Our special thanks are devoted to the very creative executive chiefs, Chief Mahmoud and Chief Magdy and their teams, to name a few: Chief Mahmoud Tawfiq for the lovely grilled shrimps, Chief Said for the lovely oriental sweets. Yesterday I ate the lovely cake with my beloved ones, we really enjoyed it very much, it is so fresh and tasty. ||We want to specifically thank the housekeeping, Pool attendances, lifeguards, and all waiters working at the restaurant.||The hotel was looked lovely celebrating New year. ||It is very obvious how attentive the management team was headed by the GM Mr. Hassan Fahmy and the managers responsible for F&B. ||I want to thank you once again for your services and wish you the best of luck in your business.
