I recently had a pleasant stay at Hotel Barceló and here are some points I would like to point out. **Food:** The dinner buffet was decent, considering it's a buffet setup. While the quality wasn't exceptional, the variety during themed nights was enjoyable. The breakfast buffet, while slightly repetitive, did stand out with its natural orange juice machines. **Service Staff:** The staff was consistently friendly and eager to accommodate our requests. However, it's worth noting that their English skills were limited. Given the hotel's international guests, stronger English proficiency among the staff would greatly enhance communication. **Location:** The hotel's proximity to a beautiful beach with warm, clear water was a highlight. It would have been even better if there were reserved sunbeds and shades for hotel guests on the beach. Alternatively, the Hotel could provide a selection of these items for guests to borrow enhancing the beach experience. Maybe a small bar at the beach with drinks would also be a good idea. **Environment:** The Hotel offers a lively atmosphere with numerous activities and games organized by the entertainment staff, often accompanied by loud music. While this might be appealing for families with children seeking distractions, it may not be ideal for those seeking a peaceful and quiet sunbathing experience by the pool. If you're looking for relaxation, the beach offers a quieter alternative, though again, the hotel could consider offering beachgoers options for sunbeds and shades. Overall, Hotel Barceló provides a pleasant stay with areas for improvement in terms of English proficiency among the staff, enhanced beach amenities, and catering to both active and relaxed vacation preferences.
