Quite a new build, very simple. We let them know we were arriving at 11pm and picked up the keys from the restaurant next door. Don't know if there's a reception as we couldn't see one, but this wasn't a problem for us.||||The rooms are a good size, and bathrooms clean and modern. Overall I was very impressed with the hotel.
Very bad hotel, our experience was simply horrible. Our room was very dirty and iIt was imposible to sleep because there was a noisy party in another room of the hotel. Since there is no staff in the hotel we phoned to a mobile phone but nobodody came to stop the party. We phoned again and no answer. ||Next day we went to another hotel next to Izelai. It was a wonderful hotel, very nice staff and cheaper than izelai! Its name: Iru-Bide hotel. I strongly recommend it. ||Avoid Izelai, it's a horrible hotel with no staff!!
