The bad... Smell of the near by cider house. Took us a while to figure out what it was. Not the most pleasant but some people is more sensitive than others so if you don't mind it or can get used to it, it is an excellent place to stay. Plus you can just close the window and turn on the air con. ||||The good... The Staff who are super friendly, great value for money, doesn't get much better as I spent some time on my research, modern and clean, rooms were cleaned every day. The place Got almost everything you need. ||||Overall... Chances are if you are considering this place it is because it is a cheaper option compared to what you are seeing near and or definitely by far in San Seb. I spent a while checking all options inside and around San Seb both hotels and Airbnb. Other places are old and small compared to this. We traveled as a young family so could not consider those other places and No it is not central and the look outside doesn't give the best first impression but they have done a good job with the facilities they have and great management so good work for them. Great place to stay if you are travelling by car AND don't mind the smell of the cider fermentation that is near by.
