An amazing hotel! Really made my holiday extra special! The rooms were clean and tidy. The location was perfect. The staff were really welcoming and it was so helpful to have some of the staff speak perfect English! One of the staff, Angy, had even lived in the same part of London as me! 10/10 trip could not be better!

We booked a last minute break so I knew very little about the H10 Porto Poniente before arrival! What a pleasant surprise. It is situated on the promenade facing the sea. The entrance to the hotel and the reception staff were excellent, smiling and helpful. The room was lovely and although we were on the side of the hotel we were still able to see the sea from our balcony. Cleanliness, staff, food all excellent. Hotel in perfect position to explore Benidorm Old Town on foot or catch|the open top bus for a tour of Benidorm.
