Comfortable accommodations. The location on Gran Via was convenient to shops, choices of restaurants, transportation. The Gran Via large stores and old town were walkable distance. Super helpful front desk staff. Maria at the front desk was never bothered by our questions or requests. Every one of the front desk staff was good natured and helped us to practice our Spanish.||The Arizona meeting room was set up for our needs with good WiFi for all participants. Even though the meeting room is on the level below the lobby, the sky panels in the ceiling were a cool touch. The staff was attentive. The catering was generous and good quality.||When David at the front desk said that the staff was sorry to see us go, we truly believed him!

Perfect location close to the city center and also bus station to the airport is nearby. Really kind staff and wonderful breakfast. Room was super nice and clean with all necessary thing what you need (toothbrush etc). Hope we will back there soon.
