Good location, close to the tram and metro. The beds were comfortable and it was quiet at night, and the hotel rooms were clean, however the room was very small. There wasn’t enough space for two people to put their clothes away. I think the twin room we had is better for one person or okay for a one night stay. We also had to get our teabags from reception everyday as they don’t replenish them and they don’t provide any hand soap. I gave a low rating for service as the restaurant staff were incredibly rude one evening. We were told we were “lucky to be served” and saw another couple who already been seated then being refused menus as the waiter said they were expecting a big party so they couldn’t accommodate hotel guests. The hotel advertises the restaurant and so as a guest I expect to be able to get dinner there. If the hotel closes the restaurant for an event they should put a sign up to let people know.

Decent hotel, if give it 3.5 stars overall. The location isn’t the best in the middle of all that’s happening, but it’s right on top of the bus station and a metro stop is 7 min away. I somehow got the accessible room, but there was something odd with the locks and one time my door opened spontaneously. There’s no gym. The cleaning staff was super nice, but front desk wasn’t as warm when I was checking in.
