Decent hotel with simple but very toughtfully designed details made for visitors' comphort. Well situated in close proximity to the main Bilbao sights. Good breakfast. Kind and helpful staff, especially Maria on the Reception desk. All reasons to chose it again if I come back to this wonderful city.

Good location, very quiet room (which I requested). Quite basic and minimalist design in room, but very clean and comfortable. Everything you would expect from a buffet style breakfast, without having too much choice. Staff generally very friendly.
