best hotel in my 30 day Andalusia Phototour, welcome in room fruit basket with chocolates, in room freezer for ice cold water while sightseeing/daily fresh red carnation in room/argan toiletries/robe & slippers, easy backdoor access to Callejon de Flores & La Mezquita , wonderful patios, great staff, great value for all its luxurious amenities, best rooftop view in Cordoba, breakfast included with booking

Once you make it through the cobblestone streets around the Mezquita, Balcon de Cordoba will amaze you. A former convent, this beautiful converted hotel is a living museum. With artifacts all over the hotel, the beautiful design combines history and comfort. The staff is extremely helpful, providing you with directions to the local area (which is right where Old Cordoba is). The roof, or Balcon, is stunning and has great views no matter the time of day. For a real treat, have dinner on the rooftop for great views and a wonderful meal from their highly rated restaurant. The rooms are a bit older but still very nice. We had a private balcony for our which was up a small staircase. It had a day bed and some great views. Overall amazing experience and a fantastic place to stay in Cordoba!
