A perfect location to visit Cordoba, situated directly outside the mosque-cathedral and numerous restaurants but that said, the service and food in the hotel is excellent. The rooms are very clean and comfortable and peaceful with no noise from other rooms experienced during our stay. Incredibly polite and helpful staff provide a wonderful service. I have to mention Marta who has a lovely welcoming smile and couldn't do enough to help. It was a real pleasure meeting her as we arrived at reception. She is a real asset to the hotel and her perfect English language can only be a positive for the hotel. Thank you everyone for making our stay memorable.

This hotel was ok. It was disappointing. For the price I expected much more. Don’t get me wrong the location is great, it’s super central and right next to the Mezquita. However, the rooms were super small, it was like a box/ prison. We are a family of 3 so we had 3 beds, the beds were squished into the room. Because of this the wall lamps were directly on top of our beds, so when we were sleeping we would bash our heads into the lamps. Not ideal. Moreover, when we arrived we were given room 328. AVOID THIS ROOM AT ALL COSTS. This room is by itself in the middle of the hotel on the 3rd floor with no working lift to it, just steps. The room is completely isolated to everyone else, it was like we were punished😂 Furthermore, the hot water in the shower took about 10 minutes to come out every single day. So If you’re a family of 3 be aware that you might hit lamps while you’re sleeping and be aware that your showers will take 2x as long and AVOID ROOM 328.
