They damaged my passport. This is not a 5 star hotel, At the time of check-in they do not have a common machine to scan passports, They have an old machine from the 70s/80s that with two rollers "scans" the passport data, If the first page of your passport is a regular page nothing happens, but if it is a polycarbonate sheet they will damage it, squeeze the passport and it seems like it was squeezed, After these people used my passport no other machine read it as usual, everyone had to enter the information manually. The hotel is a kind of place that was luxurious in the 80's-90's but today I felt that they have a motel theme, the only good thing is the location, It does not offer any additional service or anything extraordinary for which I would choose to stay here again, I recommend looking for another option.

My family of five (parents and older teens) stayed here for two nights out of our 14 day trip to Spain. I chose Eurostars Palace based on its ability to accommodate us in a double and triple room, location, and pool given the August heat. Overall, my family thought it was wonderful and excellent value! The rooms were very spacious with great air conditioning and amenities such as robes, toiletries, etc. I was concerned about the bathroom privacy based on other reviews, especially since my three teens were sharing a room. They layout was unique but there was a black glass door to both the toilet and separating the sleeping area from the bathing area so no issues at all. The location was so easy from the train, walkable within minutes to the old and new parts of Cordoba - also a block away from the Victoria Market. Breakfast was massive with constant refreshment of items to please anyone. And the pool was a wonderful way to spend late afternoons cooling off after touring and before dinner. I would definitely recommend! A special thank you to Paula at reception for her kindness and hospitality.
