The rooms and food are underwhelming and the noise creeping in from hallway traffic is irritating. My major complaint is in regards to the front desk/hotel staff who were very nonchalant and non responsive when I reported that our room door was wide open after returning from dinner! Their response was along the lines of “ you probably didn’t close it and a draft must’ve blew it open.” Also, I hope you pack light because no bellboys here and the accessibility ramp is difficult 🥴

Very nice room with comfortable bed Nice bathroom too that comes with creams and shower things Breakfast was super tasty and nice The only thing is that walls are thin and if you have loud neighbours you can hear them. Apart from that I highly recommend this hotel
