The location was excellent although it’s tricky for cars to reach the hotel door but they can finally reach. It is within a walking distance to all attractions and shopping.the staff is was helpful. The room was plane and neutral. The floor was not covered with carpet or rugs. When i visited, it was winter and the floor was so cold. The heated was either too hot or turn it off and it becomes too cold. It’s very old. Also the furniture is old. When I wanted to sit in the patio, they said you can’t sit unless you order something. It’s unfair since we are staying at the hotel.

Beautiful hotel in a great location! The rooms were very nice, roomy, and clean. The building is really beautiful with nice garden areas to relax in and was near everything we wanted to see. Despite being right in the middle of the big tourist area, the hotel was very quiet! The breakfast buffet was very good with a lot of variety, but pricey compared to what we paid for all of our other meals. We would have gotten it every day if it was priced better. The staff was mostly very friendly and helpful but I had 2 encounters that were rather rude. It was a bit out of the blue and rather odd so hoping maybe the staff involved were just having an off day(?). The pool area was a nice place to relax. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel.
