Grand Hotel As it should be. My wife and I stayed in many hotels, a good or bad hotel is always decided by the people who work there . And what a kind ,helpfull and enjoyable staff is working here. People like Gloria, Laura ,Barbara, Laida , Ana , Aliena , Amai and Aitor make your day, or breakfast. We stayed a week there , rented a car visited Durango,Bilbao, SAN Sebastián, Guernika, and Lekeitio. Places for stunning views, city tours, moving museums, and great beaches. When you return to the hotel, you can park in the closed off indoor -cool- parking after a long day and go up by elevator. They have a good menu with relaxed seating and atmosphere. Rooms are nice with a very large and excellent bed, and Complete bathroom. A Grand hotel experience presented by wonderfull people.
