Great location near the Cathedral and central shopping streets. Big, comfortable bed, minibar, nice bath. Our room was quiet and had 2 little balconies overlooking a side street. TV is terrible - really old system which kept throwing up demands you accept t&C's. Bathroom is odd, with separate sections (entrance/shower/toilet) behind awkward (and somewhat dangerous) swinging glass doors. Sink, however, is in the bedroom. Breakfast is very good, lots of fruit, juices, good coffee. Staff are very pleasant and helpful. Nice building with an interesting archaeological section underneath the reception area. There's a small roof terrace bar with great views of the Alhambra. Overall it's a good choice for central Granada at a reasonable price, but doesn't really warrant its 5 star rating.

The best part of the hotel was the exceptional service of the front staff. They were always on their A game, from restaurant suggestions, to speedy taxi bookings to check-in. Everything was meticulous, efficient and done with great hospitality. A lovely place to stay in Granada. The inclusion of a steamer instead of iron is one I haven't seen in many hotel rooms so far! Great attention to detail. Only suggestion I would make is slightly colder AC temperature settings.
