Best point is location ...very convenient. But 4* let down by quality of bath room .. basin plug jammed, shower does not drain tray, toilet seat not fixed correctly. Receptionist showed little enthusiasm for hotel or city. The booking was guaranteed by CC but she demanded full payment on arrival. Would we visit again?..NO Would we recommend to others? NO. At other 4* hotels we have stayed at , Trindad was the poorest quality & value.
