On the surface the venue and location appear ideal. Sadly the management of the premises leaves a lot to be desired. I had booked early check-in, and the romantic package as a surprise for my wife. Early check in wasn't ready/available when we arrived and management cared little, no apology, just a note they were busy - when I finally got through to them. The romantic package never materialised and neither did the promised refund, in spite of numerous requests. Now have to go through my credit card company - not what you want from a holiday!
Top location, rooftop bar and pool are a real treat. Highly modern fittings and well appointed apartments, everything top clean. Self check in and room door codes worked effortlessly. I will be back!
