I stayed at the hotel for 5 nights. The hotel location is convenient and there is a large private parking which is good. The bedrooms are large, but the services are not at the level you can expect for a 4 stars hotel: - the soundproofing between the rooms is bad - the gym is small and under equipped - the pool was not so clean - the lifeguard/bartender/cleaner was not helpful at all (if you want a sunbed, you have to take it from a pile and pull it to where you want to stay by yourself!!! Hey this is supposed to be a 4* hotel!) - most of the hotel employees are not friendly My recommendation is: book somewhere else

As a result of the atrocious "Airline" Ryanair we arrived late and extremely scammed & stressed. We were greeted by Snr Miguel just before midnight and he instanly set the tone for a delightful and peaceful stay. Our suite was adjacent to the pool, gym and spa all of which were excellently kept and maintained. Half Board was excellent value and you have the option of swapping the evening meal for lunch if you wish. Lunch and Dinner are taken at the Hotel's AQ35 restaurant which adjoins the hotel. Dinners were well worth varying each night. Each dish was well thought out. Complementary vino de Jerez were offered and the waitress Maite was especially generous with the olives and tapa. Locationally, there is free parking and the hotel sits nicely on the edge of town and just a 15min drive from Jerez Airport. Walking into town takes about 17mins at an easy pace, 22mins to Jerez train station, 15mins to the Horse stadium, 20mins to Bodega Tradicion. If you can avoid Ryanair and come via Madrid with Iberia, which we eventually did, and will certainly do again, this Hotel must be one of the best choices in Jerez. We did contemplate AirBnB but who needs the hassle of cleaning up and finding food and drink when the Hotel will do all of that, and 10 times better. Although none of the staff expected any tips the odd 10euro here and there went down a treat, they appreciate your efforts with Spanish and your interest in their varied culture and gastronomy. We can't think of a single criticism and look forward to returning and booking direct. Mucho Gracias Surinderpal & Amrit
