Treating my mum to celebrate her 96th birthday isn't easy as although she is very active still (well a little creeky) her vision is very poor so we have certain requirements. A walk in shower is a MUST. Also with her vision she has great difficulty with wavy black lines particularly on floors (interior designers make note black and white chevron design may look cool and many hotels in Malaga have black and white floors somewhere, it is very disorientating for those with vision impairments). All the staff were most helpful from the doorman who saw to our car being parked at the hotel, to the wonderful Yolanda who made sure that our every request was met and even came to look for us to ensure we were satisfied. I loved the service of this hotel. our bathroom was super large. The quality of the bedroom was excellent. Breakfast was superb, you couldnt fault it for choice and quality. The location was just a ten minute walk to everything we wanted including the excellent fish restaurant Cavala and the Picasso museum. There are many hotels in Malaga but for me I would return here where they made us so welcome and went out of their way to ensure all was perfect. Thank you!
