What a fabulous hotel this is. I recently had 3 nights here with my family and it did not disappoint. The location is perfect, right on the beach and close to the old town. There's a beautiful outdoor and indoor area to sit and have breakfast and lots of sun loungers around two pools. There's also a great view from the rooftop area. Everywhere was spotlessly clean and tidy. I found every staff member to be super friendly and helpful...nothing was too much trouble and they were all very professional. The room was wonderful, with a comfy bed and the best pillows. The Molton Brown toiletries were a nice touch too. Breakfast was amazing, there is something for everyone no matter what your dietary needs/preferences are. I'm quite fussy 🙂 and rarely find somewhere I can't fault, however El Fuerte is one of the best hotels I've stayed in. If you are considering booking a stay, do it, you won't be disappointed ❤

I visited with my mother as returning guests to Hotel El Fuerte to be amazed at the transformation of the hotel. It has been beautifully designed, a great place to stay if you are looking for a relaxing break away. Booked a standard room with a city view which was comfortable, amazing beds but a little disappointed that the bathroom hadn’t been renovated although spotlessly clean. Mini bar and tea/coffee facilities were great however our cups were not changed for the duration of our stay just rinsed out. We enjoyed our holiday, fantastic location and staff were extremely friendly and obliging, nothing was too much trouble, would definitely return.
