Lovely room (105) but right above La plaza and too noisy. Booked supper club for NYE and then asked for 3,000 euros to keep table after 11:45pm !! Advised of serious allergies in advance for 2 of the party (fish egg) reminded waitress on arrival yet still given 2 courses with fish egg, no replacement so of the menu 2 guests didn’t eat until the main course and no replacement. ||We still spent around 6k euros in total at supper club on NYE but the staff just want to sell bottles and earn commission.||Hotel is lovely & excellent staff but the overall puente Romano complex and dining experience needs a change in attitude towards guests. ||Ordered room service from Cipriani one nights was bland and cold. We ate at the restaurant previously and were disappointed. Lovely setting but many far better Italian restaurants in the area. Food at serafina which was replaced by Cipriani was much better. ||Dined at el chiringuito New Year’s Day, was excellent.

The food was delicious! The property is spectacular! Rooms were beautiful! We will definitely be back! It definitely lives up to its nobu standard! :)
