I am not sure how this hotel got 4 star. This hotel is like a 2 star hotel. This is completely ripped off. So small bed, I could not lie down on bed with my partner, so I had to sleep side way. In bathroom, waters all over the floor after i took the shower, and the towel is so bad quality like it's been used, washed more than 20 years, so thin. There is no hair conditioner, the bottle says it is shampoo+ conditioner, but no conditioning portion. I had to go out and buy a hair conditioner. Please bring your own conditioner if you have to stay this hotel. The elevator from the checkin area is outside luggage lift and elevator starts at 1st floor. Maximum 2 people can only inside the elevator in that tiny elevator. Their parking fee is 32 euro, more expensive than 5 star hotel charge 28 euro. Front desk people is not kind at all. Please stay away from this hotel. Worst experience from my travel history.

More like a 3 star than a 4. Rooms are clean but very old, upholstery stained, furniture scratched. The cupboard where the minibar fridge is was stinking like feet. The springs of the mattress not offering resistance anymore. Bathroom minuscule, with a bidet facing the toilet that made quite tricky to get into the bathtub, and didn’t let the door being wide open. Shower with no pressure. Staff very very nice. Some of the rooms have astonishing views. Fantastic location. Parking tricky to navigate but very handy. Overall a good 3 star, but a very poor 4.
