I visited the hotel with my partner for his birthday, and booked it as a surprise. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful from the beginning and so accommodating, recommending a bakery so that I could order a surprise cake, even lighting the candles for me, and sending a bottle of cava for his birthday. All staff were super attentive, helping with all the recommendations we needed. The hotel is in the perfect location too. The only reason for 4 stars on the rooms was that there was a strong perfume smell in our room upon arrival, however the staff were quick to remedy this and and offered to change our room the next day as my partner's asthma was playing up. Overall, they couldn't have been more helpful and we had such a wonderful stay at Lasala Plaza Hotel. Thank you so much to all the staff for your fantastic service and making our stay really special! We would definitely return and recommend this hotel too.

Excellent hotel in the La Parte Vieja. Well located near the harbor. Great views from the ocean side rooms. Hotel restaurant La Jarana Taberna was fantastic. Batela Lounge fun place for a drink and great pintxo's. Best of all was the hotel staff. All staff went out of their way to make for a pleasant stay. Hat's off to Rafael at breakfast and Jose in the bar.
