Worse experience. We found black hairs (plural), spot from cigarette and something looks like blood in bed just after we came into the room and kindly asked to change a bed equipment but Javier who met us there told us to get out if we don’t want this room and what we won’t found some place else in the same money and stopped speak English with us at all. Don’t need do add what he was Incredibly rude. Of cause we left
Worst place ever. I paid with booking and they not was there. They left me 1 hour at the rain outside. They didn't answer my calls. not the ring bell. Nothing! At the end paid a lot of money for some hotel because all the other hostel were fully booked already. When I ask refund because I didn't stayed there they not accept the refund. Please avoid stay there!!!
