The rooms are nice with beautiful panoramic views and fine location. The rest is just a rip off and definitely not the level of a 5-star hotel. Breakfast is really so so (poor choice of ingredients and doubtful quality). Restaurant (dinner) is extremely expensive for what it is. Zero facilities for kids. For adults, there is a tiny gym with very limited equipment. The spa is the greatest joke of the history except for the view (which is great). You have to pay 25eur for 50 min to enjoy a shared spa that is relatively small and with several of the massage jets that barely function (little power). Not well maintained as well. In summary, nice to stay and sleep only.

Awful experience, terrible service, terrible room. To be honest only reason i booked was because it advertises a pool and spa - get here and pool did not work, requires flip flops to enter which are not provided or even sold on the property. For a 5 star experience I definitely suggest going somewhere else. Third world countries 3 star hotel have better service and amenities that eurostar Seville. Awful awful place do not stay here.
