Unfortunately got the room on the ground floor therefore no view or proper windows. Very very very noisy location! Great to walk around to tourist attractions and lots of good food around. Room was a bit dusty which set off my husbands allergies. Really good service, available on the phone any time of night and day

I have never written a bad review before so I contemplated not posting this, but I would like to warn others so that they don't find themselves in the position that I did. Upon arrival our room smelled strongly of cigarettes despite being a "non smoking room". I immediately wrote to the hotel but only received the response that they thought that was "strange". The air in the room was like being in the house of someone who has smoked for years and I was soon on the verge of an asthma attack and had to leave the premises. After we had left they did offer to change us to a higher category room for the same price but I was not comfortable staying. We ended up at a cute hotel down the street and lost the entire cost of our 4 night reservation here despite staying in the room for about 15 minutes. Maybe cigarette smoke isn't an issue for you and that's fine, but I will say that Seville is full of amazing hotels and properties to stay at so I would recommend choosing somewhere else at least for a more generous cancellation policy.
