We spent a day at the spa. Very clean, professional staff, polite and useful. The relaxation room is amazing, plenty of tea and coffee and the massage was perfect. We will definitely book it again soon

Excellent stay here last night, friendly attentive staff particularly Brenda who made us coffee in the bar this morning and the young man who was at the health spa reception yesterday. Loved the pool which was a decent size. It is a good location for University open days. The rooms were well appointed and comfortable, and nice decor in the lounge bar. There was some difficulty contacting the hotel prior to our stay but Chloe Chard was very helpful, communicating with us via email during her shifts We will visit again.
