For my first ever trip to Wales, the Chateau Rhianfa has set a near impossible standard of comfort and service. From the moment of our arrival for a wedding, we were made to feel like we were there to be pampered. Nothing was too much trouble for the friendly and efficient staff. The quality (and selection) of the food and drinks were only possibly surpassed by the comfortable accommodation. It’s a beautiful site, very well maintained, and if there was something to complain about, I never found it. Hopefully we will get the chance to revisit in the future.
Family weekend, great place to chill, staff were unbelievable , cannot fault, customer service top of the menu. The hotel is, well where to start, grade 2 but historic like staying in a national trust house but with all facilities, yes there is bit of wear n tare but that adds to the character and experience to be honest i don't want to say too much as it is a hidden gem and i don't want many others to know about it . Will we stay again YES
