Hotel is fantastic for families, location is great, facilities are very good and well maintained, staff is so helpful, food in breakfast is good and in dinner is so valuable for money. Soundproof in rooms is wonderful and it eliminated the sounds of thunders and rains. The only thing shall be enhances is to install air conditioning, despite the weather is good but during the thunderstorms especially at night, kids were afraid from the sounds and hot due to we closed the windows. I liked Bakuriani city too much compared with other 5 cities we have visited in Georgia.
It has been a while since i have given a one star. For what we have paid, a one star is too high. There isn’t much positive to share beyond the hotel looking like a four star but given 5 star. Please, do not attempt to come here. - the rooms were dirty and without toilet paper - took 30 minutes to bring the toilet pepper - amenities available from 10am to 10pm (shouldn’t gym be open from 8am?) - breakfast available from 9am to 11am (two hours only) - breakfast is limited to that of a 3 star hotel, we couldn’t even order omelets - when approaching the staff just asking, the lady was not responding for 30 seconds until we waved and then she said wait you see me wiping the table just wait. We waited for 20 seconds then she decided to answer. - in general, the response to phone from the reception is delayed.
