Stayed for 1 night. Hotel is not terrible, just price and quality doesn’t match. I think 5* it is not only about territory and amount of facilities and entertainments, it is also about its quality , comfort, professionalism of staff etc.Unfortunately, this place doesn’t have it to declare being 5*. At first sight, everything looks nice: good location, park, river. Spa with pool and several saunas. Spacious room.But if to take a closer look, I had feeling that nobody is taking care about this place. Many things need to be cleaned, changed or reconstructed. Staff needs to be coached how to communicate correctly with guests. From good things: very good massage, park zone, hotel prepared tasty compliment as we had anniversary, thank you. All other things are quite low level, not for the price we paid. Also our room had many big bugs which are flying and have terrible smell. I got it that it is a feature of Borjomi area, but still, I am paying money for comfortable calm rest without any insects in my room and !bed!. I am very scared of such insects and thought that will not sleep at all.Night administrator kindly changed room, but in the morning new bug was waiting us on the curtain)))We will definitely not return.
