The room we stayed in was awesome, spacious, huge smart tv and checking in was a breeze. Breakfast selection was sufficient for the price paid. The welcome could have been better and friendlier especially towards Asians. Don't think that the colour of your skin or nationality make you better than others. This comment is directed to the FO staff who have no respect for Asian guests and were busy chatting about with each other when guests are present and don't seem too bothered to answer queries. Either your training was incomplete or you did not put any of it to practice. Not even a morning greeting extended and there weren't many guests around, shame on you. I believe the staff need to travel the world and educate themselves about diversity and inclusion. Change comes from within and makes you a better and happier person. Oh yes, little did you know that you were serving a hotel auditor for a leading international chain.

Stayed here for two weeks and absolutely loved the very welcoming staff. Food is amazing, especially breakfast. You will also find a competent hairstylist that will make your hair look great in Athens!
