Location is OK, but neighborhood is very sketchy. Service was fine. What you could expect from a standard hotel I'd say. Room had a nice look, but bathroom not functioning that well. Some noise from the hallway. And a lot of noise from the street. Bring some earplugs. Bed was great though. Breakfast was decent. Wouldn't say 5 star, but likely 3 star hotel.

Dimitri and the rest of the staff were very polite and accommodating. The rooms are modern and clean. The area is being built up. Breakfast was good. I enjoyed my stay.
