Amazing location, friendly staff, comfortable bed. Within a 5 minute walk you can find top notch food and drinks. The rooftop has spectacular views. I would absolutely stay here again. The staff are among the best, and more than willing to help with questions and requests. The area itself is a perfect location. There are delicious places to eat and drink in every direction from the hotel. Planning to see some ancient sites? You can walk from here. I research where to stay before I go to any country, and my expectations were not only met but exceeded. It's rare to find a hotel of this caliber. 5 star hotels back home in the U.S. don't even compare in customer service. Customer service in Japan is typically my gold standard for comparison, and The Pinnacle still managed to impress me with their hospitality. They're always responsive, even by email. I couldn't ask for a better group of people, truly a great team here. If you've read this far then stop weighing your options and book.

What a fantastic stay in the heart of Athens. The hotel is totally faultless from start to finish. I came to Athens to do the marathon solo and thought I’d get a nice city centre hotel for the down time. The staff were incredible and they are an asset to the hotel. Room was stunning, restaurant lovely and of course the amazing roof top area. Breakfast was lovely too. Hotel is right in the heart of bustling Athens but soon as you walk in the door it is pure chill. Too many staff to compliment - but this is an amazing hotel and every is done perfectly. Thank for a wonderful stay.
