Lovely hotel in an excellent location with large spacious rooms. The included breakfast was delicious. The staff was mostly lovely but very slow during check in and out. There was a long line of people to check out and despite individuals noting that they had cars waiting for them, the staff didn’t have any sense of urgency. While we were trying to check out, the front desk person asked my husband what our room number was at least 4 times. The other customers just kept looking at each other like what is going on?? Clearly, they weren’t paying attention and even forgot to give someone their credit card back at checkout and I had to run outside to try to find the people (who were leaving the country). But overall, the hotel was beautiful and I’d stay there again, for sure.

First time staying here, absolutely loved it. We usually stay at the Grande Bretagne, wanted to try something different yet still close to the main attractions in Athens. Happy we did! From the moment you walk in, the team welcomes you warmly and with that inate Greek hospitality. Special shout out to Vangelis who took the time to show us around and explain all the features of the property. Our room was as described, would have liked a slightly bigger washroom area but that's a minor quibble when the the entire bathroom is made with Panteliko marble. Room service was quick, the Milos restaurant lives up to it's reputation and the amenities on the room are from a local company that specializes in natural products. Better than anything we've tried in years. Overall, an excellent hotel, we're definitely going back.
