Great location not far from the green line train and a couple of nice little parks, lots of shops and restaurants. Polite staff on the front desk upon check in and out. Clean overall, room was nice but very dated. Lovely to have a hot bath but it’s quite small. Breakfast was average, if I stayed again I’d go without breakfast.

Location; Kifisia region is very beautiful and fancy. You can go to the city by car in 1 hour, 20 minutes if there is no traffic. The hotel is very close to many cafes, restaurants and shopping places. But it is quite far from the city center. Rooms: The hotel furniture is quite old, the rooms are not well maintained, and they need to be renovated. Breakfast; Fresh orange juice and fresh hot croissant are the two best products. Other than that, there weren't many delicious products. Parking: If you have a car, you have to park on the street. The area is busy, finding a parking space is a matter of luck. If you have a luxury model, staff let you park in front of the hotel :-) But in general staff was very polite and helpful. Finally, I would like to point out that it is very interesting that the hotel is 5 stars. I don't know when the Ministry of Tourism made the last evaluation, but it definitely needs to be re-evaluated
