Definitely not a 5 star class resort regarding services and amenities. If this were a 3 star resort I’d say it was fine, but for 5 stars it certainly falls short. €40 extra person charge for a standard room for no apparent reason as you don’t receive extra towels or amenities. Our power surged twice during our single night stay that left us without power to get ready in the morning because they had no technician on site, even though this seems to be a common occurrence. Our bungalow suite was clean and nice but the halls within the resort are dirty and run down. Our stay allowed us to get some rest before a long flight but I would not recommend staying here for your primary vacation if you’re looking for a luxury resort.

Positive: The location is beautiful, lobby is well done, and the breakfast was very good. Negative: It is one million miles away from a 5 star hotel, 2-3 stars would be generous. Rooms were substandard in size and amenities. Quality is very low and every is cheaply done and dated. Staff could make up for what the hotel lacks but they also mis the mark.
