Positive: The employee at the reception was rude, they push you to pay cash, they lost our reservationswe were given a dirty room changed to another and sheets had to be changed, we left a day earlier even though no refund. Hotel employee were nice. Rude manager.
We stayed here for 2 nights. I HIGHLY recommend this hotel for the great price, service cleanliness, and astonishing views! It is quiet and breakfast is included. Just be a little patient with the breakfast because the waitress is the only person taking orders. It doesn't take too long but if you're in a rush then you might reconsider where you eat breakfast. But otherwise.... this hotel is amazing.
