This was my home away from home for 10 nights. The stay was absolutely perfect. The staff was very welcoming and provided great assistance from checkin to checkout. The location is considered far from your typical Hong Kong tourist attractions, however the hotel is right on top of the MTR (subway) so traveling around was super convenient. The surrounding area has a lot of great activities and restaurants. The room size is considered large by Asis standards. Highy recommend, and would return as guest for sure in the future.

Excellent location, staff overall are very friendly except the bell boy standing outside the hotel main entrance. Not helping us to unload our luggage when arriving by Taxi and they're just standing there and starring at us. Stay 10 nights occasionally receive a friendly smiles when passing the bell boy. The hotel room is great. spacious, and cleanliness. The only downside is not enough room for daily garments. Bed is firm and clean. Love it! They have made some improvement to their breakfast. I visited this same hotel last Feb 2023 and made a few negative comments to their breakfast, this time, I have seem some improvement, thumbs up!! by the way, I don't feel the recognition of IHG Rewards Club members
