Overpriced facility, way too expensive for what you get. Certainly, NOT a 5 stars hotel, more like a 3 stars. Room was very small and not properly cleaned. Pillows were damaged. Breakfast ends at 10.00 but at 09.40 we were refused a cooked omelette because the waitress would not light the stove again. We were told on the phone that there would be a lift (my son is disabled) to take us to our rooms, but this was not the case. We ended up paying €40 extra for an upgrade that was neither necessary nor worth it. Not a disabled friendly establishment! Truly disappointing.
Great room and location, amazing starting point for great adventure. The room was very clean and spacious, a little bit warm (there's is a/c but also max power was not enough) maybe adding mosquito net at the window is an idea so the guests can open them during the night. Parking for the annex building is not super close but nothing to worry about, 150 meter nothing dramatic. Spa and swimming pool look amazing and well maintained Breakfast is the only downside for me, this place can easily improve it by serving less product but of a better quality. The bread was not fresh and/or tasting wrong, brioche only avaible on the first day and they was looking out of a package or undercooked, A tips to improve: there is a local little market open every morning in the village, he sell bread and brioche, maybe do a collaboration and help each other, you get better Breakfast, they get more business All in all great place to stay and totally worted if you plan to visit istria.
