Highly recommended!|Will definitely stay here again!|-Extremely clean and neat; quiet, small boutique hotel|-Helpful and kind staff|-Delicious morning breakfast; homemade items each day! |-Plenty of free and secure parking|-Large umbrellas available for occasional rain storms|-Close to neighborhood bar, grocery store, and local restaurant.|-Walkable to the old town of Rovinj|-Easy access to main roads to travel around the area to various vineyards and medieval towns.||A huge thank you to Maria at reception! She is amazingly personable and makes wonderful recommendations throughout the Istria area.|Also many thanks to the ladies who prepared and served during breakfast—-very gentile!

We arrived late due to our flight been delayed and maybe that is the reason we got this room with a balcony that you need to climb some steps to access, I didn't think this is suitable for older people as there is no hand rail and to be honest the only thing you see is a corrugated roof and and a busy road. Not all the rooms are like this one. It was on ground level. We requested another room but it was a smaller room so we didn't change. There was a very strong smell from the sink in the bathroom. The Room was very clean and all the staff were very nice including the girls in the breakfast room. I would stay here again but I would request a room on a higher level. Rovinj is a lovely little town within walking distance of the hotel and make sure if you are there during the summer that you see the fantastic sunsets.
