We booked a spa at this hotel hoping for a relaxing girls day out. We were terribly disappointed by the welcome received upon arrival…the spa staff at this hotel in Zadar did not even greet us, we were racially profiled from the moment we entered and ultimately the staff did not want to serve us. When arrriving 5 minutes late we were told curtly our massage would be cut by 20 minutes and we could leave if we like. When complaining to spa manager they did not care and just dismissed us and our concern. In this day in age at a five star hotel this is unacceptable.
