A lovely set of rooms in the Old Town. Excellent location by the sea front and near to lots of restaurants, bars, shops and attractions. Rooms were very nicely decorated, very clean and comfortable with good facilities. The owner is very nice and helpful for any questions you have. Would definitely recommend!

Riva Palace is a small section of the building on the 4th floor with a city view. I highly recommend it to anyone wanting to visit Zadar. Come to town early in the day to find parking at zone 2 along the street outside or park a few blocks away at one of the municipal or private lots. Rooms are small but luxurious and very comfortable. The manager responded to any of our requests very quickly and helped us in any way possible. We are thankful to find such a nice place to make our visit to Croatia a happy memory!
